Had an ac problem in Sept. I called SPS-Air because they were highly recommended. At the time I had a short term tenant. They replaced my thermostat. My tenants son told the serviceman, Louis, that they didn't need the humidistat, so it was removed. I visited the condo in late December and noticed the humidistat was missing and called SPS-Air. Shannon answered my call and was very attentive to my needs. Scott, the owner, and Louis returned. Scott addressed the issue, explaining the humidistat was never hooked up. They put a new one in. I highly recommend Scott and his great team.

SPS Air is excellent! The owner Scott is always ready and willing to help with any problem you may have, and he is always honest in what he does. I had him check my mom's AC at her new place to see if it needed to be replaced, as she wanted to get it done while remodeling, and Scott set us all at ease, saying it wasn't time for an upgrade yet. I decided to get a second opinion with SPS A/C seeing how much it cost. SPS A/C told us that it didn’t need to be replaced, and we are currently in our second year of it still running. I like that when you ask for a cleaning, they don’t try to sell you a package. They are honest and don’t try to get your last dollar.
